1. Defective parts are guaranteed for replacement only. Only if suitable replacement is not available within 3 working days, money is refunded. Non defective parts are returnable for credit only and are subject to A 20% restocking charge. Labour and freight charges are not refundable. Any part returned must be accompanied by a sales receipt.

2. Non defective parts or parts ordered incorrectly are subject to acceptance by the seller, and if accepted are subject to A 20% handling charge. Labour charges and freight costs are not refundable. Any returned part must be accompanied by a sales receipt.

3. Engines are guaranteed to be in good operating condition with reasonable limits of specifications as stated by the seller: I.E. oil pressure, compression and oil consumption. Only the crankshaft, block, heads and valve train are covered under this guarantee. Accessories such as water pump and fuel pump, intake manifold and exhaust manifold are left on for customer convenience only. Please check lubricant and coolant level before starting engine.

4. Automatic transmissions are guaranteed functional assemblies for a period of 90 days. It is recommended that front and rear seals and pan gaskets be replaced prior to installation. Failure to replace front and rear transmission seals voids the warranty.

5. Standard transmission and rear ends are guaranteed functional assemblies and not noisy for a period of 90 days. Gears are guaranteed at the time of purchase. Cracked or broken teeth after sale are obvious abuse and will not be warranted.

6. Motor and transmission warranty void if not installed by licensed mechanic. Warranty void if part has been disassembled.

7. Warranty is limited to replacement, repair or refund at the option of the seller.

8. Warranty does not cover expense of removal or replacement of malfunctioning part.

9. Any special order parts are non returnable for credit or refund.

10. Refunded parts must be in the same condition as when sold and warranty is void if part has been disassembled.

11. Deposits will hold parts for a period of a week and are non-refundable.
